Design and Simulation

We use many tools to design devices for ourselves and our customers. For mechanical finite element analysis we use ANSYS. For optical analysis we use
CODE V and ZEMAX. For layout we use AutoCad and L-Edit. Our designers have experience designing bulk micromachines (wet and dry etched),
surface micromachines (sacrificial silicon dioxide or photoresist), and LIGA. Let us put our experience to work for you.
