Design and Simulation

We use many tools to design devices for ourselves and our customers. For mechanical finite element analysis we use ANSYS and COMSOL. For optical analysis we use CODE V and ZEMAX. For layout we use AutoCad and L-Edit. Our designers have experience designing bulk micromachines (wet and dry etched), surface micromachines (sacrificial silicon dioxide or photoresist), and LIGA.
