This Bare Fiber Adater is for temporarily connecting bare fiber with all standard connectors. The design provides a simple and easy method to quickly interconnect any standard fiber connector to testing bare fiber. Just strip off a bit of buffer, clean the glass fiber and insert it in to the ferrule while depressing the button. Fiber is held mechanically and removable.
This adapter is to interface HP and Agilent optical heads 815XX and 816XX with all standard fiber optical male connectors. It is conveniently to test light source and devices' optical power, especially fiber optical module with connector.
This Connector Interface is equivalent with HP81000FI. It allows HMS-10 connector to be adapted to FC/PC/SPC connector. The Connector Interface is used for connect with Agilent OSA, Tunable laser source, Lightwave multimeter and many Agilent fiber optical testing equipment.

Agiltron polarizing adapter converts optical power meters of both HP/Agilent and ILX into polarization measurement instrument. It integrates a high extinction ratio polarizer which is manually rotatable over 180 degree and is compatible with optical heads of HP 815XX and Agilent 816XX series. Polarization extinction ratio up to -40dB can be easy to tested with this adaptor. We offer two type polarizing adapters. Type A is for matching bare fiber adapter HP81000BA and type B is for fiber connector, with communication C and L band as a standard wavelength.
