Agiltron Awarded Navy Contract for High Reliability Mechanical Fiber Optic Splice Kit

Agiltron Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative optical components and systems, today announced that the company has been awarded a contract from the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) for a high reliability mechanical fiber optic splice kit that can be used by flight line technicians to repair and maintain mission critical aircraft. This award is the formal transition of a four year Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program to Phase III production readiness -- a critical milestone for an SBIR program. More
