R&D

Material Scientist/Engineer-Carbon Nanotube/Graphene

-Immediate Material Scientist/Engineer positions opening for experts in carbon nanostructure (carbon nanotube, nanowall, and grapheme) materials growth by various methods including PECVD or chemical process. Applications of the carbon nanomaterial include double layer capacitor, water filter, field effect transistor, and so on. Hand on experience in carbon nanomaterial growth is required. Experience in report/proposal writing is huge plus.

Scientist–Nano-Materials/Composites

- Senior Scientist /Engineer positions opening for experts on Nano-Materials/Composites, in particular nano-particle dispersion, plastic composite engineering, battery, energy storage, and nano-dielectrics. Hands-on experience on nano-composite fabrication/processing and report/proposal writing are essential.

Sr. Engineer – Glass Technology / Lens Molding Process

- Immediate positions for experienced persons in technological glass development or precision glass lens molding process development.

IC Equipment Engineers

- Hands on experience in setting-up, operating and maintaining various 6" wafer processing equipment including stepper, mask aligner, photoresist track, low temperature PECVD of nitrides/oxides, metallization, low stress releasing.

Vacuum Deposition Technician/Engineer

- Hands on experience in vacuum depositions of thin films with sputtering, e-beam, thermal tools. In-depth knowledge with vacuum technology is major plus.

Electrical Engineers

- Immediate Senior Engineer position for optical device control electronics of both analog and digital as well as system design. The task includes circuit board development, fabrication, and trouble shooting. Subsystem level electronic instrument design and customer software interface are also sought after.

Sr. Scientist– High Speed Photonics

- Senior Scientist position opening for an expert on microwave photonics in area of 40G transmission, microwave optical sensing, PMD compensation, optical beam forming, optical T/R module, and optical arbitrary wave generation. The work involves the development /commercialization of a new generation microwave photonic systems that utilized special optical components.

Sr. Engineer– Thin Film

- Senior position opening for an expert on various thin film deposition, including low temperature PECVD of nitrides and oxides, e-beam of LWIR AR coatings, mist coating, polymer deposition, nano-thin films. Experiences in the related field is highly desirable.

Optic Engineers

- Provide optical engineering expertise in product research, design, development, testing and improvement. Specified duties include: research, design and develop laser diode, photodiode, tunable, high power laser in an optical system using package design, modeling, simulation, fabrication and testing skills. Research, characterize and develop Opto-mechanical package. Research design, develop and upgrade semiconductor laser and photodiode packaging, SM and MM fiber coupling, optical mounting and alignment, optical assembly and test fixtures, sensitivity and tolerance analysis, optical detecting, imaging and spectroscopy technology in visible and infrared region. Provide technical support for optical metrology, fiber optics and free space optical experiments using Zemax, Labview & Solidwork skill & fiber, fiber optics components and fiber optics testing equipments. Require Master degree or foreign equivalent in Optical Engineering, EE or close related discipline plus 1 yr. experience including Opto-ELectronic Instruments.

Mechanical Engineers

- Mechanical Engineer position for precision optical systems, zoom lens design, and micro-fabrication tooling design. Thin spray machine development. Lens molding machine fabrication. Related experience required.

Software Engineers

Scientist–Chemical/Biological Sensing

- Senior Scientist /Engineer positions opening for experts on Chemical/Biological Sensing, in particular Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) based sensing technology development. - Engineer position for fabrication periodical domain inversed electro-optical crystals. Experience with the related process is required.

Scientist– Electro-Optic and Magneto-Optic Materials

MANUFACTURE

Manager

– Production Managing position opening for an individual with strong photonic industry knowledge and world class optical component volume manufacturing experience to manage the Company operation ($10 M to $50M manufacturing operation). Manage implementation, including schedule, supply chain, manufacturing software, inventory control, on-time delivery, and quality assurance.

Operator

– Assembly Numerous immediate openings for experienced operators to assembly fiberoptic optical components, and complex electro-optic subsystems, as well as testing.

Senior Thermal Camera Product Engineer

- Design thermal camera subsystems and take them from prototype to mass production. Define thermal camera test and calibration protocols and implement image quality improvements.

Wafer Fab Engineer

- Engineer or Technician position for operating a Trikon or STS PECVD for 6" Si-N / Si-O wafer process. Experience with other semiconductor tools such as plasma etcher is desirable.
