Let Agiltron develop your processes and build your prototypes. For process development, Agiltron has a favorable IP position. If you pay to develop a new process, that information is yours to use wherever you'd like, even another foundry. We have several full time engineers who can help you develop processes on tools like an STS Deep Reactive Ion Etcher for deep anisotropic silicon etches, PlasmaTherm PECVD deposition systems, and PLASMA ashing systems for removing sacrificial layers. For prototyping, Agiltron takes an integrated approach. Agiltron believes in developing the packaging and electronics at the same time as the device. This avoids surprises and delays at the end of the project. We also believe in documenting our work and the fabrication sequence and process formulas are documented with the customer. Agiltron has a history of developing high volume production processes for our internal products and we look forward to sharing some of that knowledge with you.
